About Me

Hello there! I’m Shiva Palaniappan, and it’s been quite a journey since I stepped into the world of tax consultancy and wealth management back in 2016. My career started in Chennai as a tax auditor, armed with a management studies degree from PSG College, Coimbatore. I had the privilege of learning under the seasoned experts at M/S RAJA & RAMAN, Chartered Accountants, where I got to work with esteemed clients like KMCH Hospitals, Pavizham Jewelers, and JC Batteries.
In 2016, I took a leap into freelancing, offering consultancy services and earning the honor of being recognized as a government-authorized startup mentor. Since then, I’ve had the pleasure of helping create over 100 startups across South India. It’s incredibly fulfilling to play a small part in turning ideas into thriving businesses that contribute to our economy.
My passion for sharing knowledge led me to train over 3,000 bright minds in finance and economic laws at institutions like PSG College and MOP Vaishnav College. This endeavor has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career.
Today, I also serve as a Director for VENSTER SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE PRIVATE LIMITED and VENSTER ADVISORY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. Through these roles, I continue to support startups and businesses in navigating their journeys toward success.
